VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
Each season, we offer a variety of volunteer opportunities for families. We will add live links below as different opportunities become active each season. Clubs like ours are not able to run without volunteer support. The governing board and our entire coaching staff are all comprised of volunteers. While those positions are not connected with discounts, the volunteer opportunities below do offer the potential to earn refunds of a portion of the registration fee. Please note that your total volunteer refunds within a seasonal year (September to August) may not exceed your individual registration fee.
INDOOR SEASON ~ DOOR DUTY
During the indoor season, we are able to save thousands of dollars each year by covering all needs for use of the school through volunteers within the club. We try to have parents who are district employees open and close the buildings each week, and we have district-approved parent volunteers cover the doors during the practices. For safety and insurance purposes, we are unable to unlock the buildings during practices. Instead, we have parent volunteers stay by the sports entrance to let coaches and players in through the day. ALL door duty volunteers MUST be WCS District-approved volunteer in order to be eligible to cover. If you have been approved by the school as a district volunteer in the past, you are all set. If not, please fill out the volunteer application at https://www.williamsoncentral.org/Domain/29. We do not currently have a limit on the number of spots each family is able to cover. Each shift earns a $20 refund.
OUTDOOR SEASON ~ FIELD LINING
During the spring season, we offer two volunteer options. We host an annual field lining event to lay initial lines on the Williamson Elementary and Middle School soccer fields as well as the U11 field at the Williamson Town Park. We then ask for volunteers to maintain the fields on a weekly basis through the summer playing season. Initial field lining is connected with a $50 refund, and weekly field lining earns a $20 refund for each shift covered. Alternately, high school students may help with field lining to earn community service hours toward their graduation requirement.

If you pick up multiple shifts–first, thank you!! Second, we ask that you submit your request for reimbursements once a month or even once during indoor and once during the outdoor season.
