Registration occurs the first Sunday in December and usually runs from 1:00-3:00. Late registrations will not be accepted, so players, please be sure to attend Registration to secure your spot on the team.
Returning players need to bring the forms below and a wallet size photo. If you can please print the 2 forms below 2 sided so you are only turning in one paper at registration.
New players need to bring the forms below, a wallet size photo and a copy of their birth certificate.
Payment in Full is expected. If your child participated in tryouts then the fee is $140 for those not participating in fundraising and $100 if participating in fundraising. We do one fundraiser a year which is selling Easter plants. Every player who signs up to fundraise has to sell a minimum of 7 Easter plants. There are prizes for the top sellers.
If your child didn't participate in tryouts, the registration fee is $150 for those not participating in fundraising and $110 if participating in fundraising.
Sizing for uniforms is also done at Registration. The club purchases everyone new uniforms every 2 years. Bring your child with you to registration so we can order the appropriate size.
